Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by Grayston Technologies and covers optional Poker Clock Pro subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Seven-day trials

Eligible Pro and Venue subscriptions begin with a seven-day, payment-method-required trial. Cancel through the billing source before the displayed trial end to avoid the first subscription charge.

Web subscriptions

Web subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at period end. Web charges are non-refundable after the trial except where law requires, for a duplicate charge, or for a verified service failure. Contact support promptly with the diagnostic reference and charge date.

Apple and Google purchases

Apple and Google control payments, cancellations, and refunds for purchases they process. Request a refund through the applicable store. Grayston Technologies cannot issue a store refund directly.

Plan changes

Web upgrades and monthly-to-annual changes take effect immediately with the credit or proration shown before confirmation. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at renewal.

After cancellation

Browser Base remains available. Subscription lapse does not automatically delete tournament data. Existing cloud records remain readable and exportable under the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
